GrowthStrategy was founded by Jim Rosebush in 1986 as James Rosebush and Company. As he listened to his clients, he heard them asking: “Help us grow our business by solving one problem at a time – without taking your eye off the growth target.” He responded by helping countless organizations achieve measurable results. His career has included leadership posts in private, corporate, and association foundations & philanthropies, as well as the government, where he was a senior aid to President Reagan and Chief of Staff to the First Lady. He has won recognition for his work including a Telly for the documentary “Hands on the Wall” and is a frequent public speaker and published author. A leader in the field of venture/strategic philanthropy, he created the “Philanthropy Toolbox.”
